Mike has been a licensed agent since 2001 and is knowledgeable in all the elements surrounding a real estate transaction. As a Realtor he has certifications on property valuation (BPOR and PSA designations) and is a designated GREEN Realtor, which focuses on energy efficiency and high performance homes. 
He has experience as a loan originator, property manager, tradesperson, and construction project manager in addition to his many years serving clients looking to buy, sell, lease or rent residential real estate. He's found this experience to be a valuable asset in helping clients work through the mortgage process and consider possibilities regarding remodeling and home improvement options when buying or selling property. Along with finding homes for many families over the years, Mike is also experienced working with investors to identify and purchase multi-family real estate as well. He is fully licensed as a broker in Indiana and also Illinois and can serve the needs of homeowners or investors in either state.
